Welcome to The Planned Puppy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theplannedpuppy.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital products from us (the "Products"). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Our Products
All Products sold by The Planned Puppy are digital downloads — PDF guides, planners, trackers, and checklists. No physical items are shipped. Upon completed purchase, you will receive instant access to download your Product(s) via email and/or your account.
2. License to Use
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download the Product for your own personal, single-household use
- Print copies of the Product for your own use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or publish the Product (in whole or in part), including on file-sharing sites, social media, or with other individuals
- Use the Product for commercial purposes (e.g., as content in a paid course, service, or another product) without our prior written permission
- Claim authorship of the Product or remove our branding from it
- Modify and redistribute the Product as your own work
Products remain the intellectual property of The Planned Puppy. Violation of this license may result in access being revoked and, where applicable, legal action.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
4. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact us at theplannedpuppy@gmail.com.
5. Refunds
All sales are final due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital goods, with limited exceptions. See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. No Professional Advice
The information contained in our Products is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary, behavioral, or medical advice.
