No Physical Shipping

The Planned Puppy sells digital products only — PDF guides, planners, trackers, and checklists. Nothing is printed or shipped to you. There are no shipping fees, no shipping addresses required, and no delivery wait times.

How Delivery Works

Complete your purchase at checkout using any supported payment method.
Receive your download link by email, sent to the email address you provide at checkout — this typically arrives within a few minutes.
Access your files anytime from your account under Order History, in addition to the emailed link. Downloads do not expire.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

If more than 15 minutes have passed and you haven't received your download email:

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct
Email us at theplannedpuppy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend your files right away

Printing Your Guides

Every guide and planner is designed to print cleanly at home in black & white or color, on standard US Letter or A4 paper. You're welcome to print as many copies as you'd like for your own personal use.

International Customers

Since all Products are delivered digitally, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping restrictions. Your Products are available immediately no matter where you're located.
